Lots to pick from this small panaderia. I chose the claw-looking one. It was nice. It had chocolate inside. The staff were very pleasant.

Rico Pan Bakery in San Bruno is an absolute gem! I tried the custard Danish, alfajores, tres leches tiramisu, and the lemon taquito, and every pastry was outstanding. What really sets this place apart is the balance of flavor—everything is lightly sweetened, more in the style of European bakeries, rather than the overly sugary versions you often find in the U.S. I’m from Europe, and the pastries here truly taste like home. Each item had its own unique texture and taste, and you can tell the quality and care that goes into the baking. If you appreciate pastries that highlight flavor over sugar, this is the place for you. These are clearly crafted with an international palate in mind, not the typical American sweet tooth. Highly recommend stopping by—Rico Pan is a bakery worth going out of your way for.

Nestled right near SFO International Airport. RICO PAN! Delicious sweet bread indeed. Guess what? They also have tamales from Wednesday to Sunday. I am a returning customer. The main street also has many other boutique shops and delicious restaurants nearby.

You walk in and the scent of warm fresh bread just hits you. The woman owning the place is super sweet and kind! Get the Pan Dulce, it's so good and super cheap too!

Nice little bakery. Serves very good Mitchell's ice cream. I'm not an expert on Spanish pastry, so can't comment on that, but there many thing I had to ask what they were. The owner was friendly and very generous with the samples of pastries and ice cream. Scoops of ice cream we got was very large.

Wow! Love this little local bakery. Having just come back from London, I'm on a hunt for scones for my at-home afternoon tea. Most places near me sell scones for over $3/piece. Only $1.40 at Rico pan! I tried two diff types of scones and they're both delicious. I'm definitely coming back for them. $1.70 or $1.80 each for the pound cake or the cream cheese Danish. Cream cheese Danish was so good. I didn't try the cakes but they were priced at $3.75 each slice for tiramisu and chocolate, $3/slice for cheesecake. The pastries are labeled but there's no price, so I have to ask the nice lady for each price. She was very nice and spoke mostly Spanish. I can't wait to come back and try the other items! It's very spacious inside but no tables, so def a to-go place. It had a nice coffee spread as well. Credit cards are accepted and I didn't see a minimum. What a gem!

I went for the first time today while waiting for my car to get fixed at the nearby Honda dealership, and we got a small coconut apple pound cake that's absolutely delicious! I can't wait to go back and try more things!

This little panderia is reminiscent of the panderia's we have back in NC. This store is pleasing to walk into and quick to serve. The selection is vast and the bread is high quality. I got the cream cheese Danish which was incredible and my wife got the chocolate claw. Both were really really good and we even got a little cookie to go with it all. 10/10

Loved this cute little store with lots of Mexican and western delights. We tried the chocolate fudge cake which was a tad bit expensive at $4.75 for a tiny slice but still quite good. Also, the Oreo chocolate cake looked really good. They served Mitchell’s ice cream which was a pleasant surprise.
